Relating to proceedings challenging the constitutionality of provisions; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Provides that member of Legislative Assembly has standing to intervene and participate in proceeding in which constitutionality of Oregon statute or provision of Oregon Constitution is challenged. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
